Neck Pain or Injury

Neck pain can come from multiple causes:  postural and occupational stresses, degenerative changes, motor vehicle accident or other trauma.  There may be resultant dysfunction in the joints, muscles, nerves or fascia. Problems in these areas can also cause pain in your shoulder or down your arm.  Physical therapy is usually very effective in treating these areas.  We use gentle manual techniques to restore normal motion and reduce tension and pain. You will be taught valuable strengthening and stretching exercises as well as the proper posture that keeps your neck in its happy place.

What They Say

I started treatment for neck pain and stiffness after years of stress and the demands of teaching. With regular visits, the therapists gently restored the motion in my neck, eliminating my pain and showing me how to maintain healthy movement. I have been free of headaches and found restored range in my back and shoulders since my treatment began.
